Hello,
The survey responses are no longer going to my email - as of August 27th. They worked prior to this with no issues. IT has confirmed there has been no change to my email account.
Here is the message the error message I am receiving .

Error (SRR002): Request expired
Request ID: a1261953-ce0d-44c5-916e-af085910ba58

Jmsuperba Hm, this sounds like it may not be intended functionality. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to handle an issue like this 😁
