We have setup a SSO connection
In that sense we have created a new role in Qualtrics named as free-now-standard :
A couple of users have tried to connect using our SSO system and althought Qualtrics already appear in our SSO system (named Okta), they get an error (see below):
Also, the self-enrollment process is enabled:
But unfortunately I cannot see them in the User list. Thanks.
Would you know where it is exactly the problem? Our IT colleagues say that it could be something related to the mapping process.

Have you tried raising a Qualtrics Support Ticket. Qualtrics has a dedicated team for handling SSO queries.
The auth error shown by you had appeared to me as well before but an SSO Consultant from Qualtrics was able to help us. You can reach out to your Account Executive as well for an SSO Consultant.
