I’d like to trigger a push to salesforce when I send a survey invite to a customer. I’d like to push the date the survey was sent and the unique link. 

I looked at the survey workflow options but they seem to be all triggered on an activity like a response received. Is there a way to trigger an API call to Salesforce from the directory when the latest email field is updated?
