We built a REST API POST method and invoke it from Qualtrics on creation of response or update of response. It works fine most of the time but sometimes it takes hours before the API gets invoked. Does anyone know the reason for this? Are there any alternatives that can guaranteee a synchronous POST call right when a user submits a survey.
