How fast do orders ship?
If everything you ordered is in stock, we typically ship orders out within 24-48 hours! If items are out of stock, we'll make sure to note that clearly in the item's description.
How long will delivery take after my order ships?
- Within the USA: Once your order ships and is in transit, you can expect delivery anywhere from 5–8 days.
- International: Delivery to other countries can take longer due to customs and the clearing process. We suggest allowing 2–3 weeks for delivery based on customs clearance.

How do I track my order and see when it will arrive?
Once your order ships, you'll get an email that includes a clickable tracking link. You’ll be able to see the estimated delivery date by using that link.

Nope, we've got this covered! All shipping, duties, and customs fees are paid by us. All shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means we are the designated payee of all taxes. If customs reaches out to you for taxes or payment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
