I have attended X4 events in Sydney and Singapore would love to attend one in US too.There are lot of things to like in X4 the speakers, overall vibe, music, fun, etc. however the most lovable thing has been the “Dream Team”. I have seen the effort taken by the team to create great memories.Best of Luck for the event 🙂

Dashboard - compare 2 data sources between each other

@Tata C ,In the dashboard mapping snapshot you shared, I noticed that Q4 question is not available in 2022 source. If you map that question then only you would be able to see.Re-sharing the same snapshot

Here I am assuming same question is available in both of your surveys.You can add the “Data Set Source” in Data Series...see if you are able to do that. I believe that should work

Dashboard - compare 2 data sources between each other

Hello @Tata C , Thanks for sharing the snapshot, as you have 2 different sources which are mapped in the same dashboard, Qualtrics gives you an option to add “Data Set Source” as a option to add on the X Axis. This hidden field can be used for applying filters on page level too. Do try it once

Can you share some snapshots of what you have done in the data file? With regards to the widget type - it will be Bar or Line Chart.

Hey @Tata C ,I am assuming there will be a date / Year filed in your dataset. Try adding that on X Axis and you should be able to see the required comparisons. Do give it a try

The glitch on my survey.

Hello @Samurai1919 ,I see that @ArunDubey has responded on how to correct this problem, however the reason for why this happened, can be explained with the below example...Example: If you make 3 options (we’ll say Red, Yellow, and Blue), your recode values initially are 1, 2, and 3. If you delete Yellow and add Orange, Orange is the fourth option and has a recode value of 4. Your recode values are now 1, 3, and 4. If you move Red so that it’s the last listed option, your recode values are now 3, 4, and 1.You might want to check, if the survey was edited which could create this problem.

Unable to export all responses

Hello @MapleJ ,Based on your question it seems the data file is getting exported correctly in all other formats (have you tried in CSV too?), it can be due to some special characters that is creating a problem. You can try once using export API and see if that works. If not then Support team should be able to identify the concern.

Great question @Michael_Cooksey ,This question doesn’t have a straight-forward answer, there are a lot of scenarios that we should factor -Nature of business Customer Journey Touchpoints   User Experience Survey Fatigue and Redundancy resulting in Less ResponseVarious other points that we can add here.Apart from this, it is also important to know that we can collect feedback in multiple ways like relational surveys, transactional surveys, etc. this again adds to the count.To summarize, till the time we are able to get a good sense of the customer health and are able to delight the customer after seeing a feedback survey...we are not over doing things :)

Apply "Request Response" on Open End Text Box Only

Hello @JMSurveys ,Currently there is no direct way to provide this option however a work around will be to add an additional open ended question which can be shown only if Other option is selected. And this will give you a “Request Response” feature too.
