My survey doesn't end but returns to the start

I am previewing my Qualtrics survey but when I reach the end of the survey it doesn't finish, it just loops back to the start. There is an end block so I'm not sure why it's doing it. Any ideas?

Hi @hlacey01,

Please ensure that you haven't added any logic to restart the survey in the survey flow or employed any custom logic in the 'End of Survey' section.

Additionally, check if you have configured a 'Retake Link'. For more information about the Retake Link feature, you can refer to this link.

If possible, could you share screenshots for better clarification?

Hello, there is no custom logic in the End of Survey section nor any logic to restart the survey in the survey flow. There is also no Retake Link.

If there are no custom logic configurations in the End of Survey section, no survey flow logic to restart the survey, and no Retake Link enabled, yet the issue persists, it could be a glitch or bug.
