Unable to export all responses

My survey is now complete and I’m looking to export to an Excel file. Despite all responses being selected only 3 responses are included in the downloaded file. I have exported this survey throughout data collection to review and haven’t had any issues, so not sure what is happening now?

It appears to work in other formats. It also shouldn’t be an issue with file size as this is a very short survey amongst a rather small cohort.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this that would be great!

Hi @MapleJ,

 

I think you might have added a filter before exporting survey. Please check if any filters are saved and are applied.

Hello @MapleJ ,

Based on your question it seems the data file is getting exported correctly in all other formats (have you tried in CSV too?), it can be due to some special characters that is creating a problem.

 

You can try once using export API and see if that works. 

If not then Support team should be able to identify the concern.
