I would like to confirm, is there any way in Qualtrics where I could find witch user mada an especific change in a Dashboard?

This option is not available right now however you can surely raise this as a feature request using Qualtrics new platform for new ideas - Evolve.

    As per my knowledge there is no track for change in the dashboard.

    I think you can only track changes by user in survey projects, not dashboards.
