Access the survey for people external to my organisation | XM Community

Hoping someone can help me…..I created a qualtrics survey through the University of Adelaide (The Institution that I work within) and created a QR code to distribute the survey but when people outside the institution try and click on it they need a University password. 

Is there something I need to press to allow any person to respond to this survey?

@kimberly c03 You should check for security to find out if any setup option preventing your respondent from accessing the survey.
