Account disabled error while Collaborating

I shared the survey with another person and gave them all permissions, but they are not able to open it. While opening they are facing the following error:

 

 

 

Can anyone please help me?

Perhaps his/her existing account is disabled.

He/She will need to contact the brand administrator to enable the account.

 

If you are collaborating with external parties, perhaps the permission ““Collaborate Projects” Extends Outside Organization” is disabled. 

Check with the respective brand administrator to ensure both your account and the other party’s account have this permission enabled.
