I'd like to refer to a list of email addresses listed in a normal CX Role of a dashboard . The purpose is to minimise the amount of admin time required to maintain both lists Role lists and the email list. Also, CX Roles have automated enrolment. What options do I have to do this? For example, my roles are labelled GE_AL, GE_BD where AL and BD can come from the Survey that the responder answers. I understand that the Email Task To field requires individual names or piped text so I'm guessing that the piped text could consist of multiple names?
If that is the case is this more of an API question (hope not!)? Is there an API code to retrieve the list of emails in a CX Role and does it sound feasible to save them into a variable that can be used in an email task? I've had a look through the API but not found anything but I don't really know if I've been looking in the right place.
