I want to add forced response to more than 800 questions (four surveys). Is it possible to add this requirement in Advanced Format TXT or DOCX File? Or is there anyway that can be more efficient? Many thanks.

No updates. You can only import questions, choices, and answers using Advanced Format TXT or DOCX. You can’t set any question options other than single/multi select and recodes.
To turn on force response for multiple questions, click the first question, Ctrl+Shift+click the last question, select Force Response
