I've encountered an issue in which a user in our brand added the autocomplete option with a static list, but still allowing for free responses to be collected, to a text entry question after responses have already been recorded. After doing this, all of the recorded responses for that text entry question were wiped out. I tested this theory in a separate survey and was able to replicate the wipe out after enabling the autocomplete.
I've reached out to Qualtrics support to see if there is any chance that we could get those responses back - but I wanted to post this for awareness/to ask if anyone else had encountered this issue?
