Hello,

How to add comments only to low and high respondents' answers in the Matrix Table?

Hi @Grzegorz ,

 

Add a Text Entry question as a follow-up if the respondent selects either the 1 or 5 scale point in a Matrix question. To display this follow-up question, apply the display logic.

You can add display logic to text entry question with the condition to display when respondents select low or high.
