Adding interactive animations to a Qualtrics Survey | XM Community

Hi, I'm looking to get some ideas for adding animations to a Qualtrics survey. I received one a few months ago (pictured below), its a slider question and the mouth of the smiley face turns sad if sliding left and happy when right.
Any ideas how this was added to the survey?

Use "Graphic Slider" question type for this.
