Allowing Survey Retakes Link

I want to use a lifecycle survey to get feedback on a program where we will have people take the survey multiple times base don how many workshops etc. they attend. I will not be sending a message from the system to generate responses, but rather want to use a QR code in our sessions. Since lifecycle surveys dont automatically create QR codes (unless I am missing something), I want to use a service to generate a QR code for our survey link. Where do I find what would act like an anonymous link to use? Wondering since anonymous links dont allow for survey retakes according to the description if you turn that feature on in the response page of survey options: “give responses the option to retake your survey after they’ve finidhsed. This option doesn’t work when using anonymous links.”
