“An unexpected error has occurred.”

When displaying the results, the answers to some questions are not displayed and the sentence "An unexpected error has occurred" appears. And only one dot is displayed after clicking on the details.

This error can occur for several reasons, check the following items, possibly it will be solved:
- Check that the type of field you are using in the widget data is compatible with the widget.
- Verify that the widget has all its required settings. 
- If the widget is a metrics widget, check that they are properly assigned.
- Update the dashboard page to take the changes.
