"an unexpected error has occurred" in results | XM Community

I just had a couple of people pilot my study and I can see that they.’ve taken it but I cannot see the results. In the results section, for each question, it is saying an “an unexpected error has occured” (see below).

And when I go into the Data & Analysis tab, the two latest pilots show no results even though all of the questions are mandatory.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

@snaegelen Can you check for the responses with empty answers the “Finished” or “Progress” metadata? Maybe those are incomplete responses which were automatically closed and never reached the affected mandatory questions.


@chackbusch thank you for your answer, but that does not seem to be the issue bc they both completed the test.
