What options do I have to make the anonymous link a identifiable link? I want to identify the person who clicked the link from email.

Best recommendation: distribute using Qualtrics

 

If that isn’t an option, you can create an embedded data field (email) and use that as a parameter in the survey’s url.  That is assuming the tool you are using to distribute the survey and dynamically “mail merge” the email address into the url.

ex: https://survey.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_123456789?Email=$email
