I manage Qualtrics XM Engage at my company for both EX and CX. We always hear that the learning curve for using Qualtrics is high, and teams often stay in their comfort zone and use MS Forms or other freeware that they’re more comfortable with. We’re looking at solutions for ramping teams up on Qualtrics for self-serving their own surveys and research.
I’m wondering if anyone has explored using an AI agent to design Qualtrics surveys based on user needs to ease this learning curve, and potentially even generating a QSF file with the survey already built? Would love to hear what folks have explored and what barriers or learnings they had?
