Assign retake link to imported responses | XM Community

Hi,

 

I have created a flow where it’s checked whether the user has already replied the survey, and if so, she/he is redirected to a retake link. Within the Workflow I have selected to apply it also on imported responses. However, when I import responses, retake links do not work, as well as the retake links that are manually generated from “Data & Analysis”. Is it possible to assign retake links to imported responses, so that users can see as preselected the choices of those responses?

@pangelidis I have never attempted to create a retake link off of imported responses-but if you’re following the same procedure as for traditional responses and it isn’t working for you, then I would assume it can’t be done. 

 

How many questions are you looking at? Traditionally, when I want to pipe in responses from data that isn’t completed within a survey, I load that data into the directory. When the respondent authenticates into the survey I bring the data from the directory into the survey as embedded data and then pipe those values into the survey via default values.
