Hi,I have the authenticator working with ID number and DOB. However, there is a problem when it leads with a 0 Zero. How do I over come this? I have tried changing the field in the CSV to text, that works for the ID however the DOB does not work if I do this, is there anyway to get around this. Thanks

If anyone else has the issue, the work around was to create and extra column, convert the DOB e.g. 06/11/2004 with formula =TEXT(A1, “DDMMYYYY”), then when converted to the CSV it keeps the ‘0’ at the beginning of the DOB and becomes 06112004
