Is there a way to autofill Yes on Grid question variable based on the answer to a multiple response question? Not all respondents will get the previous question but all respondents will get the grid question.

Sure. you can use the Default Choice and pull from the previous question. You'll also likely want to use display logic on each choice based on the answers to the other question so you don't show blanks.
