Some pages have the Back and Next buttons. Some have only the Next Buttons. I want the Back buttons to appear on these pages, too. I want help on how to add the 'Back button' to every page of my survey.

Please see this thread. Not sure if this is the case with your particular survey, but the use of certain elements in the Survey Flow is not compatible with having Back button on a page.
