i created a survey with 3 blocks and added the back button. I also enabled “back” button. When others and I previewed it, the back and forth button works perfectly. However, when i send the live link to actual respondents, they said there’s no back button, and I confirmed the live link has no back button. I rechecked the preview, and it still has the back and forth button. Any ideas why and how to fix this?

+46Could you try clearing your cache or using a different browser to test? I know ours will sometimes get “stuck” in a different version, but once we clear our cache we see what we would expect.
