Back/Previous button enabled in Survey Options but not rendering at all in a pop-up (Website/App Insights intercept) survey

I have a survey delivered through a Website/App Insights web intercept (pop-up/Creative), and I've enabled the Back Button under Survey Options → Responses. The button does not render at all on the live pop-up — not greyed out or disabled, it simply isn't present in the DOM/UI. Even the preview in Qualtrics does not show it.

    Check the creative/pop-up styling.

    In some cases, styling or rendering constraints may prevent the back button from being displayed entirely.
