Hello, since today, I have encountered an issue managing my surveys. When I click on a survey in my projects page, I only see a blank screen, and the editing page does not load at all. On the browser's developer tools console, I see the following error: Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token (at 2166.103f6253452a64bbca40.min.js:1:1)

The other sections (distribution, data and analysis, etc.) work when accessed through the menu that appears after right-clicking the survey.

I would appreciate any help, since as of now I cannot edit any of my surveys.

P.S I also have not found any way to report this technical bug properly...

AHHHH! I would submit a support ticket - support.qualtrics.com, I would also email your account manager. For good measures clear your cache and cookies and try again, as I can almost guarantee support will ask you to do that.

I have already tried clearing cache/cookies, also different devices and browsers, while opening different surveys. None of the surveys is loading. I even created a new account, added it as a collaborator to one of my surveys, and tried to open it without luck…

 

I think this is a technical issue from qualtrics side.

Unfortunately, there is no way to open a ticket. Only the AI assistant is presented as an option. I have a free account for now, so I do not have an account manager.


@lucasbheh : Did you try moving down the layers with AI assistant, I believe they would be having an option to raise a ticket if AI assitant is not able to answer your query!

Yes, In the end you can report a ticket using the AI bot. However, it is clarified there that they will not respond to any issues sent using that method of reporting… 


@lucasbheh : In that case, Qualtrics people would be able to help you better. ​@AlonsoC
