Hi,

I've recently noticed an issue with my survey data. When I check the data and analysis sections, some of the data appears blank, while other parts are still intact.

Could you please advise what might be causing this? This survey is for my dissertation, and I'm quite worried about the situation.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Hi @Giging15, I have been in a similar situation earlier and can truly understand your pain!

As @jbk pointed out: either you might have missed making the questions as force response or the questions were not a part of the set of questions that participants even encountered (in case you used randomization).

I would suggest you to click on the three dots at the end of concerned response and check by clicking view response. This would clarify if the person actually saw the question or not.

Do let me know if it helps.

Hi, all are forced response from the start. And other participants are still recorded. Just some missing, don't know why :(

hi, I checked it already and it showed some part is not being appear for participants. Then I check survey flows, but all is still alright. The issue is that most participants is still recorded, and just some have problems.

Those respondents might be partial respondents that had their responses recorded due to your Incomplete Survey Responses setting. If you add StartDate as a column to your Data & Analysis view, are the StartDates and RecordedDates for those responses 1 week apart? Record after 1 week is the default, so you may want to bump that up to 3 months if that’s what is happening.

Have you made changes to your survey? If so, then that could be the cause. The data and analysis tab retains the columns you’ve selected, however, it will only pull responses from the Qualtrics database for questions that are their in your currently published version of the survey.

You could go back to an earlier published version, publish it, then go to the data and analysis tab again.
