When emails bounce (and they show as bounced on the reports), does Qualtrics suppress them so no other emails are sent to such bounced emails? In other words, is Qualtrics preventing to send multiple emails to already bounced emails?

Asking because of the new Gmail and Yahoo updates on bounce emails in place since Feb 1st.

hello,I understand that no, if you send another distribution to the same email that bounced, it will send it again, because bounces are caused by the server of the client or owner of the email.That's why qualtrics tries to make sure email lists are clean to avoid high bounce rates.

Thank you for your reply. It is a shame that Qualtrics does not flag already bounced emails as bounced and prevents future sending. Everything related to sending emails is getting more and more stricter, with huge impact in sending out web surveys.
