Bulk share CX dashboard based off a list

Create a role with the required permissions. Enable automatic role assignment based on a user metadata attribute you’ll create for this, say “Leaders” = Yes.

Retrieve the CSV template used to import users and export your users list. Copy your users list in that template in the right columns (don’t forget to add the “Username” column if your org is using SSO) and add the column “Leaders” with a Yes/No value for each user.

Import that new file to update your users and trigger the automatic role assignment rule.
