I'm wondering if anyone has a way to create a ticket after lets say 5 detractor responses (NPS Scale). These 5 responses would have to have the same embedded data which would ultimately be the ticket owner. My initial thought process is to somehow get creative with survey logic and quotas but I cant figure it out 😔
Can a ticket be generated after "x" (greater than 1) amount of responses?
