Can I include a variable code snippet to my anonymous survey ulr?

We are currently sending end-of-purchase emails to all customers who complete a purchase. I would like to include in those emails a link to a Qualtrics survey but one that is personalized and that I know who the customer is. The problem is that the sending of that survey is not done from Qualtrics. The flow would be as follows: the client contracts with us and that is the trigger to receive an email from another platform and wants to embed the personal link. Some help? Thank you
