Can't access library or graphics

I cannot access my library. 

I am working on a free account, and on a project that has been shared with me from a paid account. I have uploaded several graphics through the rich content editor, and can see them in the questions and also in the survey preview. 

However,  when I look in my library, none of these graphics appear. When i look at the location of the graphics in the rich content editor it says they are located in My Library: Aideen Watters. The owner of the account that shared the project with me also cannot see these graphics in their library.

 

I also cannot access my library from within this project, the three lines that are normally visible at the top left corner do not appear.

Hello @AideenWatters,

I would suggest you to check once if you have access to view in library or not. If you have access and still not able to see the images then try to contact Qualtrics Support Team.
