Can’t send distributions with custom “From” address anymore | XM Community

I’ve always used a custom “From” address for my distributions, but recently I can’t send any unless I use the predefined Qualtrics address (noreply@qemailserver.com).

If I try with my custom address, I get an error and the distribution won’t launch.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a system bug? It’s been happening for several weeks now.

About that issue — it’s most likely due to your custom domain not being verified in Qualtrics (recent email authentication updates like DMARC/SPF/DKIM are now stricter).
