Can’t send distributions with custom “From” address anymore

I’ve always used a custom “From” address for my distributions, but recently I can’t send any unless I use the predefined Qualtrics address (noreply@qemailserver.com).

If I try with my custom address, I get an error and the distribution won’t launch.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a system bug? It’s been happening for several weeks now.

About that issue — it’s most likely due to your custom domain not being verified in Qualtrics (recent email authentication updates like DMARC/SPF/DKIM are now stricter).

Yeah, this actually isn’t a Qualtrics bug. What’s most likely happening is that your company tightened its email security settings. When that happens, Qualtrics can’t send emails using your custom “From” address anymore unless your domain explicitly allows it.
