I am trying to add a video through "rich content editor". I upload the video to my library, select it, and then I am told "the url specified is not a supported media type". I checked the file size and format and everything seems okay.
I am trying to find a solution but nothing has worked yet. How can I solve this issue?
PS: My account is not a free version; it is provided by my university.
