I’ve created a pre-test which I used the timing question feature. Now I’m trying to make another one and the timing question option is disabled. Can somebody help to know what could be happening? I’m using my university student account to create this surveys.

+14I’d suggest checking this with support, especially as you were able to access it before.
When I look at the help, it doesn’t appear to include the Timing Question as one of the included question types in the free accounts?
