We can creating a survey which is basically a form to enter more of text inputs.
Can we show questions horizontally like below -

You can achieve the same by using below methods:
One is using MCQ and other is using Side by Side , both having Text entry allowed.

+13Side by side question is best in this case, although you can't make your entire survey horizontally as it will cause bad user experience because of scrolling.
