When the system is showing the blue banner (0% complete) that the system is generating the prepared data set, the recorded response could not be deleted. The delete function is not able to be clicked. How can I stop this “generating the prepared data set” and continue to delete records please?
If it is very much required to delete as soon as possible, the one of the way is you can use delete response API.
I think you have to wait for it to finish loading. However, it usually doesn’t take very long to finish loading. Sometimes, if you exit out the page and come back a few minutes later, it’s done loading by then.
