Hi , I exported data and downloaded it. But I cannot open it. See the image. I tried many times. Same issues occured. thank you for advice in advance

Please try renaming your ZIP file or shortening the file name, then move it to a different location on your system. After that, try again, it should work.

Hi ​@Annieheim2018 , it’s also possible that the ZIP file name (or your file path) includes a character that’s confusing Windows or your unzipping program. So make sure that your file name only includes alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) -- no asterisks, brackets, percent signs, at-signs, etc.
