Hello, I am doing a survey on vendor experience. I have 20 vendors managed by 5 Relationship Managers. Some respondents partner with multiple vendors, so to start, I ask them to select which vendor(s) they are providing feedback on. I’d like to be able to have a field that captures the name or names of the Relationship Manager based on the vendor(s) selected, however doing it via embedded data in the survey flow doesn't work and only one name is captured if there are several vendors selected. I’ve also tried bucketing, but again that only captures one of the relationship managers names. Are there any other options I can use?

Assuming you know the 20 vendor and 5 relationship managers, maybe you can consider setting up a loop & merge with 20 entries on a block of questions that are repeated, field 1 is the vendor and field 2 is the relationship manager. Condition of loop will be based on the selection of vendor in a previous question (perhaps a multi-select MCQ).

survey builder - vendor selection

survey builder - Loop & merge set up, include the field 2 value by yourself
using vendor 3 and vendor 12 as example in later screenshots.
survey builder - using piped text to display the information after setting up loop & merge
Preview - vendor select (vendor 3 and vendor 12)
Preview - 1st selection (vendor 3) loop for the block of questions that you may be interested in asking.
(relationship manager name will be taken into account when vendor is loop)
Preview - 2nd selection (vendor 12)
