Carousel multiple statements

Dear community,
In my survey I have multiple statements that I would like to havee rated using a Likert-scale. To ensure user-friendliness I want to make use of the carousel format. However, in the survey using a dekstop, all of the statements are shown at the same time. Do you have any idea how I can resolve this problem?

I have found the problem. It was due to the imposed style of my university on the survey, when I disable that the carousel works fine!

    Hm, that is strange! Can you show us how your question is set up? I'm assuming you have your question set up with Matrix Type of Likert, and Answers formatted as Single Answer Carousel View. When I do that, it seems to work fine and shows the statements separately in the desktop preview.
    Here's my set up in the editor:

    Did you accidentally put all of your multiple statements into a single statement somehow?

    I have the same setting as you. See the picture below. That is strange indeed.
