Hello :)

We are trying to establish a Case Management system in Qualtrics to track our functional/technical issues from submittal to closure. In the end we’ve decided to try to leverage Qualtrics itself and embed a spreadsheet into a Data uploade template. This provides us with the benefits of having a single shared collaborative space to focus and track our issues. We’ll be able to prioritize based on case priority, case status etc..

I thought I’d reach out to see how everyone else is doing this and maybe there is a better way?

I find Qualtrics ticketing feature to be one of the most robust in the industry. It can compete with many platforms where all they do is case management. However, the functionality is better when you are using it natively within Qualtrics in response to an event (like a submitted survey). I do not think you will find functionality to “embed” a spreadsheet, per se, but what you should be able to find is the ability to upload a sheet into a survey and have it trigger based on conditional criteria new tickets. Are you doing this out of another platform such as Salesforce? It can be done. 


I am curious if anyone has experience with building a Qualtrics Student Intake Form for students who reaching out for basic needs resources on a University campus. We are wanting to meet the students need and direct them to the correct department as well as data of services that are most requested by students.
