I recently published a survey and have started to get responses, however as I intend to share it on platforms such as SurveySwap and Surveycircle, it is asking me to include a code at the end of the survey.
Thus, I wanted to ask you if I change the ending message to add these codes, will my recorded responses be affected in any way?

As long as you are not changing the questions that have already been answered, recorded responses should not be affected.
