Hi I have had multiple responses to a survey. I didn’t realise qualtrics had recoded the answers as 1-11 when I need it 0-10. When I go into the survey and recode the values to 0-10, it still exports as 1-11. Is there a way to recode the values to 0-10 so when I download existing and upcoming reponses I will get 0-10 recorded?. Thank you
The attachment shows my ‘Recode values screen”. Responses are still recorded as 1-11, and not 0-10.
