+28If you haven't yet, Id recommend checking out some of the templates in the Qualtrics Catalog. Decent starting points for you might be the Touchpoint NPS template or the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) template. The Catalog can be accessed in the platform by clicking on the navigation icon and then selecting "Catalog". You can also view templates online here:
