Closing out of Survey Session ID | XM Community

I have recently sent out a survey that need edits after sending out to our respondents. Since there were a few respondents that have started (not finished) before the edits, those respondents don't see the updated survey. In the process of working the issues, I accidently closed one of the respondent's survey session ID. What would be the best way to get this fixed? Or how to send them a new survey link?

You can locate the response in Data & Analysis and generate a Retake Response link, and share the URL with the respondent. If the survey has been republished then the Retake link will point to the updated version of the survey.
