Hi, can you please give us the option to completely disable the suggested (multiple choice) responses feature from our accounts? I realized today, as I was once again changing your suggestions to what I wanted and recoding the values (ugh!), that your suggestions have never -- not even ONCE -- been what I wanted there. Surely I’m not the only customer who has to deal with this annoyance. Thanks for your time!

Hi @PCJCUSA,

You might want to raise this with Qualtrics Support or your Admin if you’re part of an enterprise account. They should be able to help you.

Best,
Rochak

Hi @rochak_khandelwal.Thanks for the suggestion, but been there / done that. :)

Qualtrics Support told me that response option suggestions could NOT be turned off as a default setting for all surveys designed on an account, or at the enterprise level. It can only be done per survey (i.e., has to be for EVERY survey created) by manually shutting off the Expert Analysis feature, which removes all of the more desirable features of that feature for that survey as well.

Support gave me a link to this site and told me to submit it as a “new” product idea. So, here I am. If anyone knows how to permanently disable response suggestions (only) at the enterprise level, I’m all ears. We couldn’t figure it out after pouring through the many options on the admin page. It’s annoying enough to us to not want it as a feature at all.

Oh, that’s unfortunate. I can only think of a way around through templating.
Create a template survey with Expert Review disabled. Then duplicate that survey for new projects.

I know nothing beyond that. I wish expedited implementaion of your idea.

Best,
Rochak
