We can use show response summary option in customize end of survey element of survey flow.

You can also set up a workflow which summarises the response (or parts you want) as an email task and have that sent back to the recipient.  This is after submission, however if it’s to have a copy for their reference it can be a good way to do so.

No defaults for prior to submitting. You'll need to create a page with all your questions and pipe in the answers they provided.
